The Sensor Hardware Course for Aware
The Sensor Hardware Course for Aware is designed for partners and end-users who must install and maintain these sensors. The course covers both the 4000 Sensor and the Pod. Topics include: features, capabilities, specifications, mounting instructions, rules for switches, resetting sensors, sensor range considerations and limitations, multiple floor placement rules, port requirements, and network considerations.
There are no prerequisites for the course, but a proper understanding of hardware installation concepts, wiring, and basic wireless configuration is recommended. Those who will be installing sensors should also take the administrator course as critical concept within the software are also covered there. This course will run on a tablet, cell phone, or desktop computer, but It is recommended that the student has a screen large enough that they are comfortable and able to read the material provided.
At the end of the course students who pass the exams with the required average score will receive a certificate.
Inpixon Aware Server Installation Course
This course is designed for end-users and partners who are responsible for the initial installation of the Inpixon Aware Server. The course starts by discussed the server and client hardware requirements. Then the installation procedure is explored, which includes Linux configuration, drive partitioning, and the root security model.
There are no prerequisites for the course, but a proper understanding of basic computer concepts and the ability to navigate web pages, links, and online content is required. This course will run on a tablet, cell phone, or desktop computer, but It is recommended that the student has a screen large enough that they are comfortable and able to read the material provided.
At the end of the course students who pass the exams with the required score will receive a certificate.
Inpixon Aware Administrator Course
This course is designed for end-users and partners who are responsible for both the day to day operations and higher level administrative functions of an Inpixon Aware system. This course covers the day to day system monitoring tools plus the Administrative and Reporting functions of the Aware system. Topics include: setting up site infrastructure, adding and calibrating maps, scanning and configuring sensors, appointing channel discovery mode, upgrading sensor firmware, establishing zones, building alerts, and creating system user accounts.
There are no prerequisites for the course, but a proper understanding of basic computer concepts and the ability to navigate web pages, links, and online content is required. This course will run on a tablet, cell phone, or desktop computer, but It is recommended that the student has a screen large enough that they are comfortable and able to read the material provided.
At the end of the course students who pass the exams with the required score will receive a certificate.
Inpixon Aware Troubleshooting Course
The Inpixon Aware Troubleshooting course is designed for end-users and partners who are responsible for the initial installation and continued maintenance of Inpixon Aware. It is a collection of ideas and suggestions that come directly from those with field experience. Once you graduate from this course, if you discover a solution that should be added, please contact me at scott.chillemi@inpixon.com. We want this course to be a conduit of knowledge from those who have it to those who are relatively new and can quickly benefit.
It is required to have taken the Aware Administrator and Aware Installation Course prior to this one. It would also make sense to have worked with the product for approximately six months so you have some practical experience and can benefit from the detailed nature of this course. This is not an enforced or tracked requirement, just a recommendation. Linux knowledge is a huge plus, but not required. This course is not an introduction to Aware or the underlying technologies, other courses are available with those objectives.

This course is designed for those who are responsible for the operations of an Inpixon Workplace Readiness system. The purpose of this solution is to assist businesses with phyiscal distancing and contact tracing efforts.

This course will run on a tablet, cell phone, or desktop computer, but It is recommended that the student has a screen large enough that they are comfortable and able to read the material provided.

Map Digitization Course
The Inpixon Map Digitization course covers critical bodies of knowledge to support end users and partners in being successful with common Map Digitization tasks. Topics include an overview of the Map Digitization Process, calculating square footage, and the map export tool.

Map Icon Setup, Styling and Export Process Course
The Map Icon Setup, Styling and Export Process Course covers a critical portion of the material required for success when implementing maps with Inpixon products. This course is independent of the Map Digitization Course. Although many students will be required to take both courses, some students will be asked to only take this course depending upon their job description and objectives.
The goal of this course is to distribute the relevant materials, which the student is encouraged to keep for reference after the course, and to allow the student to prove general competency through an exam. Once the student completes the exam, the course will email them a certificate. This certificate can be provided as evidence of course completion.
A student completing the course has shown they have the materials and can answer questions using the materials as reference.
